        Well done! The biggest cauli I have grown so far was about the size of a ping-pong ball

          I struggled keeping them white when i grew them the the bugs decimated them so i gave up.

          Yours look very healthy, well done

            I've only ever grown one cauli and it was not much bigger than a ping pong ball

            Then the caterpillers got to it so I had to pick it and then painstakingly remove them.

            Not managed to grow another one since.

                Nice ones,Mally Grown under the net?I thought about planting a few next year in raised bed(easier to put the cover) but couldn't suss out the variety I want(surprise,surprise)

                    they look lovely- mine have always blown- so I'm really impressed

                    ( I've just picked my first ever broccoli...and that was yummy!)

                        Yes they were grown under debris netting but the first signs of any curds and the leaves were tied up. Couldn't resist peeking every so often though....

                          Well done BM. I love growing cauliflowers, I grow All Year Round variety, so there's usually some to pick a lot of the time. My freezer gets full of the stuff! I grow calabrese alongside the spring sown ones, then you can have cauli and cala cheese, delicious! I give a lot of it away to my daughter, but I have to floret it because if she saw a slug inside (as I very often do) she'd throw the lot away.
