    Are big broccoli one cut?

    I've got some massive broccoli that I cut the head off and scoffed. Is that it? Will it grow again or can I pull the plant up?

    They are either broccoli autumn spear or green magic calabrese.

    Thanks for any help!

    Well according to this Mal, you cut off the central head to encourage branching.

        Yep, you should get a load of smaller ones growing out now.

          You might even be able to see them already when the big one is growing, tiny mini ones down lower in the leaf stalks

            Your Green Magic is renown for growing side shoots of small heads. Look carefully inbetween the lower leaf joints and you will see them start to appear. Usually you will get the equivalent of another full head.

            I like to give mine a top dressing of BFB after I cut the first head to give them a little encouragement.
