I know what you mean - they run out fast!

You can plant earlies now which should hopefully crop in time for Christmas, but you'll need to give them some protection from the cold. It's best to put them in a pot, in the greenhouse.

Thanks. Do they take longer than 13 weeks then? We don't usually get any frosts until December/January!

They will take around 13 weeks but I'd leave it until mid August to plant them and then you should have some for Christmas.

We're the same, got one plant left! We took over our allottment plot from someone else, so didn't plant any potatos, they just appeared! We can't face going back to eating supermarket potatos now. We haven't got a greenhouse, so what can we grow, if anything?

Also, the potatos that grew, were white, but inside were a sort of pale yellowy colour and they tasted so sweet and delicious! Anybody, please got any ideas as to what variety they could be??
