The newest leaves on mine sometimes look a bit deformed but straighten out as they grow.

Have a good look under the leaves and in the leader buds. You may find there are aphis in there.

My suspicion is that this occurs when the tomato roots reach bits of soil or compost which are over-rich in nutrients. It often happens when the plants have been recently potted up into larger containers. In my experience the toms will grow through this phase without any permanent damage.

I would say Rana was spot on there, and your plants are a bit leggy so it might also compact your plant a little, so I wouldnt worry about it.
The darker green the plant, the better.
I hope you do not mind me using your picture on my blog, as this was one disorder that I was intending to put in my latest section.
