    ive just pulled about 80 of my over wintered onions. any suggestions on what i can sow/ plant in there place

    hindsight is a wonderful thing but foresight is a whole lot better

    Hello! I've just planed in some lettuces and winter carrots in where my lovely overwintered onions (and white rotted garlic) came out of (I move my roots and alliums in the same rotation beds) if that is any help

          Some sort of green manure is going on mine I think... The soil is particularly poor in that bed and the only thing that's kept my onions going is a liberal dose of blood, fish and bone (BFB).

            Sow... Chard, Khol Rabi, Chicory

            Plant... Cauliflower, Cabbage, Leek, Brussels Sprouts, Purple Sprouting Broccoli
