Default Best greenhouse heater?

I have decided that I am going to try to grow thru the winter. Can anyone advise of the best greenhouse to buy? My Greenhouse is quite small, about 2 x1.5 m
Thanks

Where is your greenhouse? At home, or on the lottie? If it's at home, I'd say get a proper electric point fitted in there & then you can use it for individual propagators as well as a heater. If it's on the lottie, you have a choice of a gas heater or paraffin. I have gone for gas (although my greenhouse is bigger than yours at 3m long) as it is less smelly than paraffin, cleaner (no messy refilling!) & easier to to warm the greenhouse to higher temp. However, the initial expense is high - arounf £100 for the heater, £30 deposit on gas bottle & £20-£25 for the gas. I can't tell you much about paraffin heaters, but for gas or paraffin you need adequate ventilation, even when it's cold - with the gas ones, if you don't have enough fresh air coming in, the heater detects that there isn't enough oxygen in the atmosphere & cuts out altogether leaving your plants oxygen starved (temporarily) and then frozen!!
