                I got it for my birthday, tis very good

                  I also noticed on Amazon the handbooks are only £8/£9 (rrp £14.99) must get me the bread one

                          Mine arrived yesterday, randomly opened the page to.........

                          poached egg on toast. My heart sank.

                          Flicked around some more, then felt a bit better

                          It's alright, we don't have a straight up vegetable cook book so it's going to be heavily used! My other book - the new Alys one on foraging turned up too, bit dissapointed as it wasn't what I expected but still plenty to learn from in there.

                              I can second this, both have been used quite a lot although the seashore one rather less so.
