I had to take mine back, not because of a flat tyre but because I couldn't put it together; and I have every tool on the planet - ex civil engineer - and I still couldn't put the nuts together.

When I took it back the guy said; oh yeah - we had loads of trouble putting it together - and he was a beefy 6+ footer.

So, B&Q orange one we ended up with, and are still using it.
