  • Free Postage and Packaging from Thompson & Morgan this weekend

Despite my dislike for them or their customer services to be exact
I noticed Thompson & Morgan have Free Postage and Packaging from this weekend until monday, just in case you have any free vouchers you want to spend. I'm sure they get some people orders right, just not mine

Did I tell you I don't like their customer services? (I might use a voucher the free voucher I was sent though as I will have something for free from them)

I've just used my free £5 voucher to buy some fuschia plants, with no P&P they are completely free. I wouldn't normally buy plants from them as I have been disappointed in the past, but as I'm paying nothing, it isn't so much of a problem.
However, it is annoying because I have a £10 voucher for a tip published, and a £20 voucher for winning an RHS competition. However, it looks like I will not be able to combine them to buy the item I want. They were 'prizes', so usually you would expect to be able to combine gift vouchers, but I might need to select 2 cheaper items. I have emailed customer services, but I don't suppose I'll hear anything helpful.

Glad it is not just me that think they are, well rubbish and could do alot better ! The other suppliers manage it ! It took 3 weeks for them to answer my e/mail and then the seeds too two weeks, against two days for plants of Distincition, now that is good !

I've finally spent all my vouchers, they have separate orders, saving 3 lots of P&P. 5 fuschias for the £5 voucher, 6 orchid bulbs for the £10 voucher, 12 strawberry runners and a casseille bush, which did come to £2.98 over my £20 voucher, but not a bad haul. I did resist the 3 clemetis for £5, after son no2 asked where I intended to plant them I still would have preferred the windowsill propagator, but never mind.

If its the Garland 7 then keep saving those pennies as its worth its wait in gold
I did shop around and found you could get them around £ 12 less than T&M (yes I know you had your vouchers) I was even luckier I bought 1 for £10 on ebay as it was a unwanted present

I emailed them about combining my vouchers, but they only replied last Thursday, and I've already spent it all. They said if I did the order, they would then refund the voucher total afterwards, so I would have to pay, then get it back. If you want to combine vouchers I would think it best to contact them first though, so they agree to refund, before your spend. Otherwise, you might find they won't do the refund, and you may well have paid over the odds for something.

that doesnt work , i want to use a £5 off voucher and the 10% code they give you with every order. I can only use one or the other.

Unless someone else has any ideas?

the new system only allows one or the other as BarleySugar says you will have to phone them if you want to try to combine voucher codes
