Garlic

I planted some Garlic Bulbs which I got from the IOW in January.

Can anyone advise me when they will be ready for harvesting and what are the signs that they are ready.

I planted some on 21st Dec (shortest day) It should be ready 21st June. So I would suggest six months or so after planting not to sure though as this is the first time I have grown garlic myself.

Hi Kieran,

they will start to die down naturally any time from the end of June till sometime in July. They will let you know when to harvest them as they start to go brown and dry off.
