My plum tree is showings signs of recent damage to the lower leaves. There are lots of leaves and plums on the ground and broken branches. I can only think a large but short animal can have done this as there is no damage above about 2 feet. I'm thinking it is a badger, anyone else had the same problem?

Been hoping for free p&p, missed out a few weeks ago - we were in Cyprus, where we saw some 'Fernleaf' lavender. Looks really nice. So I thought I'd look for some plugs/plants when we got back.
