Pumpkin Name.

Hi all,

Can someone tell me if the pumkin seeds on sale in Wilkinson's that are called Jack 'o' Lantern are the same variety as Hundredweight that are on sale in all the other places.

If not, are they any better or worse - cheers all!

Jack O Lantern is a pumpkin variety bred specifically for carving, but they are also very good for making pumpkin pies as well. Jack O Lantern fruits are a deep orange colored, 18-24 lb each.

I think Hundredweights get even bigger? They are more yellow than orange too.
