This maybe be heresy but I have run out of space in the veg plot and a friend gave me some artichokes he had grown. I have planted them out in 10 litre pots...is it worth growing them in pots? Will I get any artichokes?

Why not put them in a flower border, they're pretty ornamental?!
Don't know about in pots, think they might have a deep tap root?
To see a world in a grain of sand
