  • Feeding Tomatoes

Please help the wife is a novice with tomatoes, have got loads of strong plants in individual pots ready for the greenhouse when warmer (and finished)

Heard so many bits of conflicting advice on when to feed....anyone any advice??

also, will a growbag be sufficient to plant a couple of plants in or can we get 3 plants in each??

You could put 3 in a growbag. The usual advice is to start feeding when the flowers set fruits. There's enough feed in the compost to see them through this far.
Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

3 plants per growbag. Don't start feeding until the first truss has set. Then use Tomorite (specialist tomato food) they don't need high nitrogen feeds. Don't forget to make drainage holes in your growbags so your plants don't drown.
