  • Whey

Has anyone got any ideas of what to do with left over whey, other than make scones.
I have quite a bit of it as I double drained the yoghurt to make a soft cheese and I dont want to waste it as it is full of B vitamins

I use it mostly in soups and smoothies, but there's no reason you can't use it anywhere instead of water.

Many thanks for your advice. I didnt think it was a good idea to pour it away. Somehow though I dont fancy the look of it.
I think I will try it in bread and then make some cheese

Wow very interesting however it still looks like...... There are some things that you just cant eat although you know they taste nice, are good for you... etc etc. We should ask the grapes 'what cant you eat although it might be nice' Many Greeks I know love a good boiled sheeps brain smeared on bread!!!
