Default Two course allotment supper for a King!

First course.........new potatoes with butter and homemade mint sauce!

Second course.......Broad beans both green and red, boiled and smothered in vinegar!

Easy pleased you may say............ but it was worth the six hours graft at the allotment today.........anyday!

I've been eating Snadger's red beans for weeks now. Ruddy lovely they are too.

And I do catch myself thinking ... 6 hrs weeding to earn my dinner. Hmmm. Maybe Tesco's are onto something. (I don't often think that though, only when it's raining)
