Default sweet chestnut recipes

I've picked tons of sweet chestnuts lately but have no idea what to do with them. The nuts are quite small and tin and so I'm not sure if it's worth doing anything with them. I've read a few things online that you have to score the skin and boilt hem and then peel them, but not sure if I peel mine there'll be anything inside.

Anyone got any good ideas with regards to cooking sweet chestnuts?

Will have to have a hunt eskymo. If they are wild they will be smaller but apparently are much sweeter and tastier than the larger cultivated variety. My Richard Mabey book may have something in but it's not to hand.

Take a look at the post 'nuts' which refers to regular chestnuts, but may well be of use anyway.
