Default stuffed Bell Peppers

I have discovered this wonderful stuffed pepper thing but I belive it's quite fattening.

Bell Pepper sliced down one side so you can butterfly the pepper in half.

Inside put 2 cloves of crushed garlic, mixed herbs and enough cheese to really stuff inside so that you can hold the pepper together in pepper shape again.

Roll the pepper in breadcrumbs and beaten egg (egg first usually) and then fry in a fry pan until it's all gotten golden brown. Rotate the pepper until it's been cooked and browned all the way round and the cheese seems bit melted inside. Then serve.

This is really scrummy. Thought I'd post it in case anyone wanted to try it.

Good recipe, but instead of frying I usually bake mine. Also combine the herbs and cheese with cooked rice - cheese on its own tends to melt away

I stuff them with sliced aubergines and onions (you can pre-cook these to speed the things up), then bake them in a little tomato & basil sause.

Might have to try these both. They both sound absolutly lovely.
