  • Sauce for asparagus

    I'm always looking for different ways to eat asparagus and found this sauce that it so easy and really good.
    NGREDIENTS

    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    Salt and pepper
    Steamed Asparagus
    DIRECTIONS

    STEP 1
    In a bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar, and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over chilled Steamed Asparagus.

    I'll give it a try because I always eat them with bechamel sauce or lemonish mayonnaise.

      You can wrap them in cheese and bacon and roast in oven which is very nice too

        I use a mix of six scoops of compost three scoops of sand/grit and two scoops of perlite,the quantity is unimportant as long as the ratio is the same, if for seeds I use this mix, if I am potting on I add some blood, fish and bone, along with a small quantity of chicken manure pellets
