Default Real Curries

If any of you guys like curry and would like to cook it just as the reataurants do then buy the following book.

"The Curry Bible by Pat Chapman"

It goes through the whole process from mixing spices to making ther sauces and suprisingly you can knock up a Jalfrezi sauce in around 20 minutes. All maner of accompaniments, starters and deserts are also covered.

It is available on Amazon and rest assured is the real deal.

Have got another book by the same author, 250 Favourite Curry Recipes or something like that. It's great, tastes very authentic (well as far as I know from a range of Indian restaurants I've visited!) and once you've bought all the relevant spices etc not remotely difficult.
