Default Pumpkin squash recap!

Hi folks, hope you have all had a good weekend!

My squashed and pumpkins are not keep well....
I would like to freeze them, but what is the best way please?

I had a lovely weekend thanks! sorry to hear your pumpkins and squashes are not surviving well, what a nucense. The only way i've ever frozen them is as soups, or casseroles I don't think they would survive freezing on their own. Perhaps you could make some chutney if you like it? I'm sure the other spelendid grapes will have some great advice!
