Default Onion Marmalade

Hi kind people,

Can you help with an Onion Marmalade recipe please?
I have some split onions that need using quickly....any other ideas would be great. I have an awful lot of onions to use! help

Need recipes that will keep, as there is only the two of us.
so, 'makes 5-8lb and keeps in fridge for a week' does not really help us much.

Have a nice recipe at home which I can post later (if I can find it!) which, although only keeping for a month or so will freeze a treat for ages.
