Default Mustard greens

I planted some spicy salad mix and am left with some HUGE red mustard leaves which are HOT!!!

Any ideas for cooking them? I was wondering about stirfry but not sure what to pair them with. I am so mean I can;t bring myself to compost them. Have been munching them raw as I wander round teh veg patch, but they bring tears to your eyes!

Sorry Hamsterqueen, no ideas for what to do with them, I grew some last year and they were too hot for me - gave them to the (asbestos mouthed) hubby instead!
