| As far as I know Tracey you can eat them all. My Father in law always ate the cauliflower leaves. It's just a question of do you like them. And you can eat the little "cabbages" the sprouts make at the top.

| The outer/lower leaves are a bit tough. But yeah, you can eat them. Not too many, the plant needs them to grow big and strong.
