Default giant red mustard recipie please

I bought a packet of mixed salad leaves which had some giant red mustard seeds in it. The mustard looked so pretty I decided to prick a few out of my cut and come again planter and pot them on individually. They are coming on great, very pretty plants but I have no idea how to cook it? Any sugestions would be gratefully received

When in doubt, stir-fry, Serenity!

I thought that might be the case, like pak choi? They are supposed to be quite hot tho so not quite sure what flavours would compliment it

Cook it? Just eat it raw in salads and sarnies

Serenity if they are just baby leaves you can just eat them raw. If the leaves have got more mature you can boil them or steam them or braise them in a pot with a little butter and garlic.
Pak Choi I like whole. I just lightly steam the whole thing and serve it like that. Or put the whole Pak Choi in a pot with a minimum amount of water, some butter and crushed garlic and braise it very lightly.
And as with other greens, you can cook them on their own, then put a spoonful in the bottom of the soup bowl and ladle the soup over.

thank you alice. I have let the plant grow quite large. I haven't tasted any of the leaves yet but was lead to believe that it would become quite hot to taste. Will try some tomorow, like the sound of brasing with butter and garlic.
