| You dry garlic just like onions Headfry, lift them when they go brown and leave to dry out thoroughly either outside or spread out on a bench. You can either then plait them ot (as I do) cut off most of the dried foiliage and store in either nets or in trays. Our garlic from last year is still good to use although one variety is now starting to sprout but we will use that for cooking quickly.
