Heat tortillas
Serve Put sour cream on wrap add chicken mix wrap and enjoy make sure napkins handy as can get messy but yummy!!!

Mama Mia! Itza pizza!

basic pizza dough Ingrediants

2 teaspoons (7g) dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup or 180mls warm water
2 1/2 cups (375g) plain flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make Ze Perfecto Pizza
1. Combine yeast, sugar, salt and warm water in a small bowl. Cover, stand inwarm place about 20 mins or until mixture is frothy. ( alt. we use fast action yeast so we dont need to leave it t stand)
2.Combine flour & oil in lrge bowl, stir in yeast mixture, mix to soft dough. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 mins till smooth and elastic. Place dough in a large oiled bowl, cover ; stand in a warm place for about 1 hr or until dough doubles in size.
3. Meanwhile, preheat oven to very hot.
4. Turn dough onto floured surface; knead until smooth . Divide dough in half; using rolling pin, flatten dough and roll each half out to a 32cm round ( or whatever shape preferred)
5. Carefully lift each pizza onto oiled tray ; cover each one with passata and choice of toppings, use mozzarella and/or put herbs on it. Bake uncovered in a very hot oven for 20 mins.

Yummy
