Default Dexterdog's Chocolate Cream Pots

If you don't try any of my other recipes - DO give this one a try!

140g dark chocolate
142ml whipping cream
5tbsp irish cream liqueur
250g carton mascarpone
chocolate shavings

Melt the chocolate and set aside to cool.
Whisk the cream to soft peaks and then add the mascarpone until smooth, then add the liqueur and mix well. Pour in the cooled chocolate and stir lightly together.
Spoon into ramekins and decorate with the chocolate shavings!

Yum, yum yum! DDL

I agree martini. Chocolate and alcohol. What more could a girl want?(in her pudding bowl at the end of a nice meal).

This was another recipe from my god-daughter! it made me realise just how "grown up" she has become! I still think of her as a little girl and she's nearly 20! Doesn't time fly?! DDL
