Default Coleslaw recipes?

Just been told kohl rabi is tasty in coleslaw, has anyone any good recipes, preferably 'low fat'. Don't normally do 'low-fat', we just eat less 'full-fat' but last year we made some coleslaw using yoghurt for the dressing, but as per usual I think I've mislaid the recipe - so forward planning for planting and cooking, recipes please?

I like crisp white shredded cabbage, julienne strips of my root veg of choice (i.e. whatever is available!) usually carrot, kohl rabi, mooli - mainly because I love the flavours - use your own faves) thinly sliced onion. This is where having an mandoline comes in handy. I use a 'light' mayo (so I can eat twice as much!) You could use half mayo and half yog. Sometimes I add a little lemon juice. As you can tell, mine is never the same twice!

There was a lovely recipe in a recent copy of the BBC Good Food mag for coleslaw made with red cabbage, red onion and cooked beetroot with a a balsamic vinegar dressing. Think it is one of Gordon's. It looks lovely - all red - and tastes delish.
