  • Chutney recipe books?

    Hi,

I am rather partial to a good chutney and was just wondering if anyone knew of a good recipe book for them? I'd really like to make sure that I save anything that I can't eat from my allotment (I'm thinking I'll probably want to make courgette chutney!!!) and I think good spicy chutneys would be my preferred method of preservation. Any suggestions would be great.
    Thanks

If you can find it Oded Schwarts "Preserving" is my favourite. If I run out of good novels I can read this book from cover to cover.
I once borrowed my neices Womens Institute cookery book and found some lovely recipes in there.
Search your local library, you can always copy out any that take your fancy or you may find one you dont want to be without and you can buy it knowing you havent wasted your money.
