Default Another tomato chutney recipe

This is something I made up my self, as such I tend to not measure anything so adapt to taste.

Take you toms (green or red depending on what you have, plate full is normally enough) and a few handfuls of currents and boil them up until the toms are mushy. Next finely chop some red onions and fry until crispy, add tom mix and stir in well. Next add 3 chopped bramely apples, 3 tablespoons of black syrup, 2 tablespoons of golden syrup, half a small bottle of white wine vingar and a good dash of paprika. Stir in well and jar up.

You can also add 2 finely chopped chillis and some lemon grass if you have that available.
