What colour is the egg? What colour are the hens?

If you look at a hens head you should be able to see the earlobs. White earlobs usually mean white eggs, red lobs, brown or tinted eggs.

Egg was probably the Roadies.
Do you know what type the white hen is - Leghorn (Pure breed, flighty), White Star (Hybrid, hardy, slightly less flighty!)?
