Default We had my son's pre-school for a visit!
Ten 3-4 yr old came down this morning to see our 3 chooks and none of them were scared and they seemed to love it. The chooks were brilliant letting the children pet them and cahsing down food that we threw etc.

Lovely to see all the children enjoying them, am sure some of them have never seen a chicken except wrapped in plastic!

I also made sure there were eggs to collect and that was exciting for them too. My son was beside himself telling everyone about his chickens!

If there's an 'up' in the afterlife then I am def on the first rung of the ladder!

Even nicer when I went to pick my Louis up the children had all made thankyou cards with pics of chickens and me on! So sweet!

Wonderful!

I keep getting visits from all Hazels school friends - it always seems to amaze them when they see the hens - and that is a bunch of 10 year olds!
