  • WCRUFC vs BCRUFC

Well, it was a sunny afternoon at chookenham Park and we had the Brown Chooks vs White Chooks and the ref (me) throws in the ball (end of a bloomer) and they're off....

The whitey grabs the ball and off she goes to one end of the yard but... Oh she's dropped it..... and in comes a brown and she's off down the other end of the pitch and dummies a couple of whites and...... oh she's thrown it amiss and it's a ruck....

A mass of whites and browns are fighting in the ruck and a brownie goes in and under the ruck.... she reappears with the ball....... and oh my word she's dropped it..... a white drops a dodge grabs the ball and runs to the edge of the pitch..... and it's all happenining folks behind the Landie axle that's been there for donkey's.... a couple of browns are in grab the ball and make it to the corner but..... oh no what's the noise can't see ........

Ref intervenes grabs then throws in the ball and they're off again.......

Well..... England can get a few pointers with this match.........

            Nice one Hayley!

My chooks played a friendly yesterday. Still a few dodgy tackles and short flights, which are dead aginst the rules, but all had a share of the ball

The ball was a plastic carton full of worms with a small hole in it. (the worms I forgot to take fishing the day before!)

Such a lovely start to the day!

Probably more action on your pitch than that of England this afternoon, not that I care... cos I'm off to get my girl's today!!!
