My bantams lay 32-36g..sot of half the wight of a 'normal'egg

I imagine different breeds of banties will/may produce different sized eggs???

This sounds a bit like my house. I always say if the burglars get in they'll just leave again as they'll think we've all ready been done over.

I can't understand the rest. Do you mean your boys aren't boys, that they are girls after all or have I got it all wrong? Sorry I keep re-reading but perhaps I am being dense or have missed another post.

Right; the boys are boys, I have also got two Banty hens [ancient I think as they have never laid] as well as 6 'full size' hens and the dottie boys are larger than my banty girls but smaller than the full size hens, so I just thought they were growing

even though my OH who works away from home kept insisting that 'they've not grown much this week' but there is another post something 'chaps', [oh I can't remember what I called It
