    new girls

    well the 10 ex batts i got last year now look like real hens not the bedraggled little things they were when i got them so on sunday i went and bought
    2 0f border cou cou
    2of black rock
    point of lay birds.
    this chicken thing gets a bit silly dont it

    Not silly at all - just addictive. I get so much pleasure from my girls, could spend ages just watching their antics

    Wish I'd got chooks years ago.

      Those are real beauties. I wanted black rocks originally but they weren't available last year within a sensible distance.
