Default Isle of wight and Hertfordshire Available ex batts for rehoming

We’re appealing for help on the Isle of Wight this month. We have some feathered ladies hoping to take the ferry to their new holiday home on Saturday, 27th February but at the moment not all will be going ... if you can make their day by offering a good home, please get in touch with our lovely IOW team, Corinne & Perrin, at perrin.carey@bhwt.org.uk or call them on 01983 885009 (Tues & Thurs 7-9pm please).

We also have hens available in Hertfordshire ... quite a few potentially, they’re currently sitting in their cages hoping that some nice new homes will be offered, whisking them away from the pie factory and helping them on their way towards a relaxing retirement. If you can help, please contact Melanie Catley at melanie.catley@bhwt.org.uk or call Melanie on 01371 830177 (Mon – Fri 9am – 7pm).

Very tempted - whereabouts in Hertfordshire? I'm not far from Royston and an hours travelling is my limit for transporting birds so as not to stress them out.
