Grow Your Own Magazine

Has anyone read this? Can anyone recommend it?
I have to buy all my books on line so cant just browse.....amazon reviews say its really funny ....

It is quite good - not riotously funny but amusing. Would go well with a chilled glass of white and a sunny afternoon.

aint getting sunny afternoons here at the moment - got the wine tho' . Might buy!!!

I found it very enjoyable and definitely worth a LARGE glass of wine.

Thought it was fairly amusing, but a quick read and not one that you'd necessarily keep going back to, even with more glasses of wine!

Im with parrot, its ok quite amusing but if your after somthing for refrence Id look elsewhere

do what I did and borrw it from the library.. saves more money for wine that way.. I'm with parrot and yoanbob, it's entertaining and will teach you a few things, (well me anyway, but I'm very new) but it's more a story of the joys and tribulations of hen ownership than a reference manual so you'd probably only read it once then stick it on the shelf for ever more..

cant borrow english books from french library!!!!!!!

I think I still have mine somwhere, when I get a minute I will have a look if I find it I'll let you know and pop it in the post.
