    Our girls won't be getting a free range today!! Two foot of water & still not stopped raining. Hope we don't have to bring them indoors 4 dogs + 8 chickens = chaos I should think.

                Looks like you'll need a lot of pallets to act as canoes for your chooks!! I thought my garden was bad, but it's a desert compared to yours. hope it dries up for you soon hun xx

                  Funny things Chooks! Mine were bimbling around today like little lost souls - no puddles to play in!

                  You'll laugh, but at the weekend, when it was blowing a hoolie and monsooning on us, my 4 Geese were sheltering under the hedge with frowns on their faces, but the Chickens were outside, soaking wet, scratching and digging in the puddles with big beaming smiles!!!

                        Drying out for now. Forecast doesn't look to good though. Giving 'em extra free ranging while they can.
