Anyone got black rhodes??

I am picking up 3 black rhode hens in a fortnights time, has anyone had these??
Just wondering if they need anything different from my welsummers or should i just treat the same?
Welsummers are a year old and the black rhodes will be 18 weeks. Your thoughts please.
