  • Wild rocket

Ive allway bought wild rocket from sainsburys and loved it. Ive now grown some from seed and just tasted it. Its not great. A bitter after taste. The leaves look bout same size as the ready to eat fron sainsburys. Should I leave it to grow more, or next time eat it younger????? I grew it in a sunny aspect.

I find the 'home-grown' one far stronger in taste, but I prefer it. I find the bought leaf far too bland! Ours likes to self-seed everywhere, so we let it!

Yes, definately a lot stronger taste. Maybe Ill try picking it and put it in a polythene bag for a week like sainsburys do. hahaha.
