  • Ninja Mutant Tomato

This is a shot of my incredible tomato. The plant was given to me, but I think it is [I]Big Red.[I] The flowers appeared on a single flat stem, then suddenly this monster appeared. I think the medical word is "conjoined", usually twins. This would sextuplets - or even oxtuplets (Impossible to count) It has been in the bottom of the 'fridge. for a few days but I think it must move on. I haven't the heart to eat it as it stands, so I shall maybe make it into soup.
I'll send a pikki once I have worked out how to do it

The variety is actually "Super Marmade". I was give two plants and the other one is fine, but YOU'LL NEVER BELIEVE THIS, but the origional plant is producing ANOTHER one. Maybe I should have titled this thread "Ninja Mutant Tomato Plant".

Sorry, Florence, they were 'orrible. When I cut them open ready for cooking, there was not much "flesh". Just a thick white core.
