  • Hydrogrow NFT

    Hi guys,

Has anyone ever used a hydrogrow NFT system and do they actually work like everyone says??

    Thanks

    Craig

I don't know Craig but it's gonna cost around £100 for a 5 planter plus heater. Then there is the running cost on top. I would imagine it's ok for home use but no good for an allotment unless you have a power supply...........I suppose it's a matter of weighing up the cost against the gains.

        Hi Newton,

Just like you after a disappointing year last year, I also found this website and bought 2 quad grows and 2 chilli grows which I hope do the job, have room also for the NFT system and just wanted to know if anyone had any use of it and tell me their experience!!

Yeah I am getting an electrical socket installed in my greenhouse so once that's complete I think I may invest in one and put up some pics on how they are progressing compared to potted chillies or toms!

                  Bought

So I have now purchased my 3 plant Hydrogrow NFT from Greenhouse Sensation and bought the Armoured cable for the electricity, now just need my mate to get it all connected up and we are good to go, although I do need my chilli plants and toms to get growing before anything goes in them lol

Lets hope this works and we have a good growing season for once.
