Globe artichoke

Hi,
I have grown some globe artichoke from seeds. I have potted them on once and it looks as if pretty soon they need potting on again.
Are they going to be ok potted on again or is it going to be best to plant them in a temporary spot at the allotment?

If you can't put them in their permanent position yet, I'd pot them up again - rather than have to dig them up and move them again.
