  • baby spider plants

I now have 14 of them all in little pots but no room for 1 baby ones. Not totally sure my family wold appreciate one of these as a christmas gift so wondering where I can get shot of them?

Charity shop? Do they sell plants?

You could try eBay. Or pot them up and donate them to your nearest Christmas Bazaar, or School thingy. I love 'em so I've got the babies from my Mum's plant. Unfortunately, they're still waiting for me to pot them up! Good luck

Point out that they are good to have near computers and electronic equipment as they are natural ionisers.

They also make a good bedding plant in summer as a foliage contrast!

I always believed that. Last night I read How To Grow Fresh Air, and the poor spider plant isn't as good as I thought.
I've now got a shopping list of Boston fern (yuk) among others.

I have managed to find a home for all 14 of them!
My son's primary school's xmas fete is next sat and they are going to take them off me, wrap them in cellophane and sell them. The children get to take some money and buy their family pressies there.

Dont judge a plant by it's pot.

Hi Greasyfire they are frost tender so they do fine outside in summer - specially in a hanging basket - that's when they send up the shoots full of baby ones!
