  • Bluebells!! Thousands!!

If you are in the vicinity, go and visit Coton Manor in Northamptonshire RIGHT NOW while the bluebell wood is bluebelling-away like a nutter (I should've gone into copywriting )

T'was even worth being subjected to ZZ Top all the way there, and Grateful Dead all the way back

Utterly gorgeous, I was just thinking this morning that the woods here needed some bluebells.

Yes, they really are spectacular. I don't live too far from there and visited last year. You have to time it just right to see them at their very best.

My absolute favourite flower. I simply love the scent.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

I use a mix of six scoops of compost three scoops of sand/grit and two scoops of perlite, the quantity is unimportant as long as the ratio is the same, if for seeds I use this mix, if I am potting on I add some blood, fish and bone, along with a small quantity of chicken manure pellets
               though...
