    Using up the chestnut puree

    Hi all, I've made the fab chestnut and chocolate log for Xmas, now I have most of a tin of chestnut puree left.

    Last year it went to waste, but this year I'd really like to do something nice with it.

    Any suggestions?

      It`s great mixed with the sausage meat etc etc for turkey stuffing.

        Is it the sweet kind? If so you could use it mixed with cream to sandwich together meringues.
        Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?
