River cottage glutney

This was my 2nd attempt at Chutney, and having had a small amount left over, I have just had to try it!....I'm impressed.

So I thought I would share the recipe as it was easy to do, although time consuming in the prep, but having tasted the remnants, I can only hope the finished product is as nice (not sure how long it will stay in the jars though!)

Yeah, I've made that one, different every time though as it depends on what I have available.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
