  • Repotting Jelly

Today I made some rosemary jelly ........Call it a senior moment but didn't skim before adding the flowers , therefore flowers got caught in the scum. Can I warm the jelly back up, make sure its scumfree , add the flowers and then repot into sterilised jars ? It doesn't need boiling as it was setting as fast as I could jar it.......

i repotted a crabble jelly last year, but it never set as firm as the first time.

It needs bringing up to boiling point to sterilise again though
