Thought i'd share this website with you that i stumbled across whilst trying to find something to do with the masses of lemon balm i've found in my garden....

I've just made some lemon balm and i'm now off down the shops to get more vodka (our local costcutter has 75cl bottles for £6.99) to make the peppermint.
